'What a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location from the train station And easy acces to snowmonkey parc. The food was amazing And the service level as well. They have an amazing bar on the roof. You sit with -15 in heated plastic iglo tents zipping from your drinks. The onsen Spa is big on the upperfloor overlooking Yudanaka And the mountains. The Room is huge. So wonderful stay And highly recommended.'

'This is a beautiful Japanese traditional lodging with two shared and a private onsen. It is close to the Yudanaka station and Lawson convenient store. With two kids, we stayed in a large family room with a living room and a bathroom (toilet only). The kids enjoyed watching Japanese kids show in the living room and the grown-ups can relax on the tatami next door. The breakfast and dinner are amazing. 'Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding onder de maat; een gedateerd hotel van de jaren tachtig met veel vlekken op de vloerbedekking van gangen en kamers; matige Wifi en gedateerd airco systeem; badkamer verouderd. Rest van faciliteiten okay en ontbijt goed. Baliemedewerkers waren mijn boeking kwijt wat meer dan een half uur heeft geduurd om het op te lossen. Organisatie niet op orde: veel gasten moesten soms een uur staand wachten voor ze konden inchecken waaronder 80 plussers.'
