'The trip was very memorable. Ms. Marceling, the coordinator, the cruise manager Mr. Bam and whole cruise team was very polite and done a lot of care. Room was nice with a gallery and great view. Het personeel regelde voor ons ook vervoer naar onze volgende stop: Cat ba Island, omdat de cruise heel dicht bij het eiland stopte. Zo hoefden we niet met de transfer terug naar Tuan Chau. Als we dan toch 1 opmerking moeten geven, is het dat de drankjes aan de dure kant zijn in vergelijking met andere locaties die we deden in Vietnam. '

'Fantastic luxury cruise in Ha long and Lan Ha with Calista. We went for the 3 day 2 night option, which was excellent, as there was plenty of time to enjoy the facilities as well as the excursions and sights. The staff were fantastic and did their utmost, delivering great service during the whole trip. Food was also excellent. Suite was also excellent - we went for one with a private jacuzzi, which added to the experience. Can strongly recommend this cruise. '
