'This is a great hotel with amazingly attentive and kind staff who are happy to assist you with everything, a wonderfully comfortable bed and a very spacious and super clean room. We also booked the Ha Long bay cruise with Paradise group and it was perfect. They put a lot of effort in providing high quality food, which we could experience at the breakfast buffet, during the cruise and at the nearby restaurants which are part of Paradise group.
The only things that could maybe improve, are the...
'Very nice cruise and well priced for what you get. Premier room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner nice and satisfactory. A very special thanks to Evelyn…magnificent and very professional service. Another thanks to Ken. Overall a very nice cruise. Highly recommended.'
'The "pool" had been repurposed to be a fish pond. The doors had no soundproofing. The bathroom had no soap or shampoo. There was no coffee in the room. The hotel is far from town with no shops or restaurants nearby. Don't stay here unless you have no choice.'
'Everything is perfect. A luxury experience. Thanks to Jerry(cruise manager)and the servers Ben and Alice and to Benji(tour guide). We had a great time on this cruise. '
'Virkelig godt ophold, dog en virkelig hård seng og alt for hårde puder. Vi så to kakerlakker nede ved Resturanten. Spa funktionen i badekarret virkede ikke.'
