'Over 500 sq spacious suite and proximity to the boardwalk/beach is plus. But clogged plumbing ( toilet and sink) and worn-out towels/ blankets seemed like never replaced for decades and deformed mattress was very uncomfortable. '

The stairs were carpeted, this way I was able to drag my suitcase up step by step without damaging it.
It was helpful there was a in room refrigerator for water and small microwave.
Although not a dealbreaker, it would have been beneficial to have a desk for writing and/or working. '

'This was a comfortable place to stay in an unbeatable location (1.5 blocks from
the boardwalk). We didn’t mind the sounds of the amusement park nearby. We stayed with a 5 year old and 1 year old and both were comfortable. The mini fridge was decent size enough to store milk and breakfast things for our family for the weekend. There was a slight musty smell on check-in, but it faded (and that’s the beach). The only real drawback was no coffee maker. '
