'On arrival I was told that there had been problem with my credit card when I booked so I will have to pay cash!!! This was news to me???!!! The paper work that was presented to me by the manager showed a credit card number on that was not mine! Luckily I have my banking app and hotels.com app on my phone, I showed him my credit card statement showing that the payment went through to hotels.com on 10th November and I showed him my booking on the hotels.com app showing that I had paid in full. 'It was a treat to enter such a beautiful, clean, and well-set-up unit. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit and were very impressed from the Smeg stove to the dishwasher, the aircon worked well and fans were much needed in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed for the weekend. The bathrooms were very clean and well set out. All the beautiful creams and soaps were very much appreciated. Suffice it to say, if you need a breakaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, you cannot go wrong! It is amazing value and from the warm welcome from the owners, Venishree and Juergen to the beautiful accommodations, plush beddings, thoughtful amenities and superb service, we were so impressed after our initial 6 night stay that we booked another weekend immediately and I cannot wait to go...
