Custom-designed four-bedroom villa on the edge of Tulum for families and groups of up to twelve. The open-air main pool sits beneath a two-story Moroccan arch, while the rooftop adds a separate plunge pool, bar, lounge, and firepit. The home includes four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Sleeping arrangements include three king bedrooms, one bedroom with two double beds, and two single beds in the living room. Guests also have a full kitchen, air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, in-home laundry, driveway parking, and smart-lock self check-in. The multi-level layout, rooftop, stairs, and open pool areas require close adult supervision of children.

The setting is near centro rather than in a secluded jungle. Centro services are about 10–15 minutes on foot or a short bike or car ride. The ruins and Playa Paraíso are about 10 minutes by bike or car depending on traffic. The villa is professionally managed. Your dedicated concierge can arrange paid transfers, tours, and reservations subject to availability. Optional services cost extra. Temporary water or power interruptions can occur in Tulum.
