Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'The Hotel Zaza is a great, quirky place, with lots of nice perks (daily fresh cookies in the lobby!!). The themed rooms look great, but the standard room I stayed in was also fine. The only gripe I have that the kingsize bed was more for dwarf-size kings. It was wide enough, but nowhere near long enough to fit a person over 1m85
Also, the prices for standard amenities are completely over the top. While a beer costs pretty much the same as everywhere else, water or coffee are ridiculously...

Our view was beautiful, especially at night, the bed was extremely soft and comfortable, the space was clean, the bathroom and shower were great. Everything was amazing all the way around. We are in the Dallas area often and this is now one of our favorite spots! We will definitely be returning many more times in the future. Highly recommend! '
