'I travel to Dallas for work regularly. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'The hotel was located in a great area. Our room was so quiet, we heard nothing from the road or other rooms. The bed was comfy, pillows were ok, I prefer feather over foam. We had small issues with charging functionality on the bedside tables that weren’t resolved. So we used a power strip from the floor. We had drinks & appetizers at Astra which was very nice & very reasonably priced. The staff were wonderful. And having a free car service, as long as you were within 5 miles was great, as the...

'I was disappointed that the lifts did not have key card access to floors, allowing anyone to access the floors. In particular I was concerned as a solo female traveller, the hotel door safety lock was poorly maintained with only 2 of the 3 screws in place and they were not flush with the door. One good push and it would have given way. My room number was 1431 if you wanted to fix it.'
