Welcome to Dynasty Dome 899! This newly built 2,000 sqft - 2-level dome home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You can sleep up to 12 people (6 adults plus children).. This home is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a wonderful stay! There is plenty of space downstairs with this open style floor plan the you are able to enjoy cooking, eating, entertaining guests, or pre-gaming watching ESPN on the Smart TV. This property is only 2 short miles east of Bryant Denny Stadium!

The Kitchen:
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, oven, & refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, cooking sheets, glassware, mixing bowls, knives & cutting boards, cups, wine glasses, plates, silverware, toaster, blender, & Keurig coffee maker to keep your group caffeinated! There is a complimentary starter set of snacks and coffee to get your stay started off right!

Living Area:
The living room has plenty of space for your whole group to enjoy and spread out. There is a 55" Smart TV where you and your group can watch the Crimson Tide take on their next opponent or settle in for a family movie night. There is also a dining table located on the ground floor so everyone can sit down and enjoy a meal or tailgate snacks!

The Bedrooms:
This home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first two bedrooms are on the lower level. Each of the first floor bedrooms have King size beds with Twin rollaways, bed side tables & lamps, ceiling fans, closet space, and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. The upper level has two bedrooms each furnished with a Queen bed with a Twin rollaway in the bedroom to the right and a Twin bed in the bedroom to the left and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. There are also clean linens & towels provided along with a complimentary starter set of toiletries.

Parking:
There are 3 designated parking spots per dome.

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the following: a pet policy agreement (if pets allowed), a visitor form, a Bama Vacation Rentals Rules Form and submit photo ID with a live selfie for verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication. Please note that guests must be 25 years or older to book.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
