'We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Floyd’s place. The place is just as described. A nice place to relax away from noise and traffic. Big and spacious with a nice balcony facing the wind. Gated community, Security cameras, monitor, and locked gates. It has a/c in some rooms but Floyd is about to upgrade a/c throughout the house. Floyd waited for us to arrive and had snacks available for us in the house. He was very communicative and responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Couldn’t expect...

'I booked this place for my niece and cousin, who was in route to the US form Trinidad. The property was very clean and the host was very helpful and pleasant. He even washed my cousins laundry, while there. The area was safe and convenient. Communication could use a little work, but it wasn't the worse. He was responsive, but could be a little more.'

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and made us feel truly welcome. Everything was clean, including the hotel itself and our spacious room with a beautiful, large bathroom. The pillows were comfortable and ensured a great night’s sleep. There are also useful amenities available upon request, such as an ironing board, iron, scissors, and a scale, just ask and they will provide them right away. The breakfast was delicious, halal, and varied each day. The location is excellent, and it’s very easy to take a taxi to explore the city. Also, there is a large supermarket, spa, gym located around the corner, and there is a casino next to the hotel. The mall in the hotel is not open yet. Highly recommended!"
