'Checked in around 3pm, but didn't get into the room until after dinner. The room and amenities were good. After unpacking, I pulled the chair out from under the desk and noticed something had been dragged out by the chair. It turned out to be animal feces! I contacted the front desk and was told that none of the housekeeping staff was on duty, but that he (the front desk manager) would come up to sweep up the mess. 'Stopped for the night during a road trip. The room was clean, the mini fridge worked, air worked. The granite in the bathroom and shower made it feel nicer. I wish they paid more attention to complimentary toiletries because I didnt get a soap :( breakfast was awful. The staff was very helpful though! Id definitely go back without the intention to eat breakfast!'

Schoonmaakster wou al om 8.00 uur onze kamer schoonmaken, ze was al bezig met veel lawaai sinds 7.00 uur Ontbijt gekeken maar echt Amerikaans met verpakt broodjes. buiten bij Chappy’s Deli gegeten, daar waren veel locals '

'The property was updated, very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Rooms were clean, beds are a bit firm, but the rooms were mostly updated with newer decor. I love that our room had a peek-a-boo view of the lake behind it. The only complaint we had was that we asked for a room “refresh” (not a full clean) while we went out for the day and when we came back, the rooms had not been refreshed at all. No trashes emptied or towels given, so I had to empty our trashes since there’s no maid on...
