When you open the door to room and there are two big chunks of the carpet gone it most certainly does not start your stay off with a warm fuzzy feeling. Shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder were both barely attached, sheets and mattress pads had stains and cigarette burns. Holes in the dust ruffle on the bed.
