Plan your vacation to this cozy for two, beautifully renovated cabin, right at the top of Twain Harte, near Sugarpine .

You and your guest will have the use of the whole downstairs floor.

***While we have a separate listing for the use of the whole cabin which can accommodate larger groups, this listing is ONLY FOR TWO ADULTS and you will have full access to one bedroom, one bathroom, the living room, the kitchen, and the mudroom/laundry room, as well as the garage and all the exterior areas.

You will be the only renters in the entire house. Although you don’t have access to the upstairs, no one else will be there.

We have a separate listing for the whole house which can accommodate up to 12 guests.

ANY UPSTAIRS USE WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

We have central heat and A/C which are a rare find in these mountain homes!

And in the event of a power outage, which can happen here in the mountains both in summer and winter, we have a GENERATOR that will automatically switch on and off as needed, making sure to give you the peace of mind that you will enjoy cool air in the summer and heat in the winter!

Our cabin is CLEAN and freshly renovated!

You can get cozy and binge on your favorite shows on either of our flat-screen smart TVs.

In the winter our sloping backyard makes for a PERFECT sled run!

In the garage we have just about everything you will need for outdoor fun including fishing rods and tackle (there are so many places to enjoy a relaxing day of fishing close by), balls, plastic sleds, and more.

Speaking of the garage, we have a JuiceBox 40 amp Level 2 EV charger available for our guests! Depending on your vehicle, it can charge up to 9.6 kW. (A Tesla, for example will charge at 32 miles of charge per hour.) There is space for one car to park and we have plenty of parking space outside for additional cars, as well.

You can lounge on the hammock. relax on the comfortable wraparound deck; let the stars dazzle you at night or enjoy a quiet morning sunrise with a fresh brewed cup of coffee...our treat! We have complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa for you!

Also on the deck, you can cook up your favorite meats on the gas BBQ and in the evening you can sit around the fire pit and enjoy a glass of wine and maybe some s'mores, smiles, and good conversation :-)

In the summer months, the Twain Harte Community Pool is open to the public. Bring your own towels and chairs. You can purchase food or shaved ice next door, ice cream across the street, and can bring your own food, as well. Super close to the cabin- just a 5 minute drive!

There are so many activities to enjoy in and around the cabin and our location is perfect for nature lovers heading out to enjoy days of swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, zip-lining, gold-panning, horseback riding, wine tasting; and in the winter, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice skating, and more!
