'Peaceful and quiet stay. We slept so well with our toddler in the king bed. An optional rollaway bed was also provided. Doing a load of laundry after a couple days of camping, one of which was rainy, was spectacular. Close to Calaveras Big Trees state park which we visited the following day, just 8 minutes up the road. Bring your own dinner if planning to arrive late. There’s a microwave and a mini fridge. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.'

'We used this house as our home-base for visiting Yosemite this summer. It's a great house with plenty of space and all amenities you need. We loved the fact is has a swimming lake as well. Our start was a bit clumsy since the cleaning lady was not finished with cleaning the house when we arrived and left it unfinished as she needed to fix her broken car. But the overall experience was great. Highly recommended!'

This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....

'We had a great stay at this lovely home in Groveland. The house was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable visit. Nicholas promptly responded to all our communication. We had plenty of space for a group of 5 traveling together (it could sleep more if traveling as couples). Of note, you'll hear footsteps of the people walking on the floors above you, which is fairly standard of houses of this construction. It was not an issue, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring...
