'Everything about this hotel is great. The views, the room, the nice service. Everything is clean and feels new (the hotel is 4 years old) The tasty restaurant serves local Adjaran and Georgian dishes. All freshly cooked. We eat 3 large meals, shared the food for tasting and still did not get to try half of the menu. We loved the panoramic room. Dont think twice before booking. '

'We have booked 2 rooms . The rooms were ok and spacious. However , there were big problems. The rooms were not very clean. The biggest problem were bugs in one of the rooms my daughter got bitten by something and had sowellen from this bug bite . The refrigerator is a so bad it spoiled all my baby food that I have packed from home. Both rooms had the same issue . Its not even cooling anything. 'I have spent 3 weeks at this hotel and should say it was an excellent overall experience. Clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. Room service daily. Location is superb. 20 meters from the hotel and you enter Batumi gardens and 200 meters walk is the seaside. Central location. All shops and restaurants are conveniently close. Highly recommend.'
