Upon entry, you will be greeted by this multi-level abode. As you ascend to the initial level, you'll encounter the first of numerous entertainment spaces. This particular area boasts a smart TV, a comfortable lounge area, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that seamlessly beckon you to the poolside haven.

The outdoor retreat has been thoughtfully curated, featuring a magnesium-infused pool, water amenities, a built-in BBQ, ceiling fans, and radiant heaters. It's the perfect setting for savouring a delectable BBQ meal in the alfresco dining area.
Descending into the kitchen area, you'll be pleasantly surprised by its offerings. The kitchen and butler's pantry are equipped with a Nespresso pod coffee machine, steam oven, double oven, a generously sized induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, two freezers, a bar fridge, and an extensive collection of kitchen gadgets and utensils.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a generously proportioned dining area awaits, complete with booth-style seating and six dining chairs. Here, you can relish both the breath-taking ocean views and a delightful meal.

Continuing onward to the sunken lounge room, you'll discover ample seating for eight people. Whether you're basking in the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace or indulging in your favourite show on the wall-mounted smart TV with surround sound Sonos speakers, this area has been thoughtfully adorned with mid-century furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows to ensure uninterrupted ocean views.
On the uppermost level, you'll discover the master bedroom—an extraordinary retreat that defies conventional expectations. With expansive glass panels adorning one wall, you'll enjoy an unobstructed, awe-inspiring ocean view. This paradise within a paradise boasts a king-sized bed, an exposed ensuite with a freestanding bathtub, double sinks, a shower, a toilet, and radiant heating, all accompanied by a walk-in robe for added convenience.

Moving through the lower-level hallway, you'll encounter the professional Yamaha piano and a second balcony furnished with a second BBQ, outdoor seating, and even more mesmerizing ocean views.

Progressing to the study, you'll find a pull-out sofa bed and a well-appointed workspace featuring high-speed WiFi, NBN cabled connectivity with dual monitors, a printer, and a comprehensive array of office supplies.

The main bathroom impresses with its double showerhead, spacious mirror, and basin. There is also a second powder room for added convenience.

Additionally, a fully equipped laundry room awaits, complete with both washer and dryer, a sink, and convenient access to the outdoor clothesline.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
