'Overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke and mildew smell. Downstairs couch smelled like urine. Neighborhood in general was sketchy. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were good just a decent house in a crappy Neighborhood. '

'For an older home, everything worked great! We were very comfortable with the beds and the seating.Constructively, more eating utensil setups (about 3-4 provided) would be handy for larger groups.The home is well-placed for convenient day trips. We went to Wild Mountain, the MOA, and Highland Park.We will definitely use this home again for our future trips to this area!'

'I love the concept of Eric's Retreat! The property manager was very helpful and was relatively quick to respond. The only issue I had was the smell of our room. It smelled like overripe oranges and was cloying. I also found a reddish brown tadpole bug in the bathroom. When I alerted the management about it, they said they would be on the look out as they cleaned the room. The bed was very comfortable. This was very close to many places we wanted to go to in this area. '
