Unit A — Main-Floor Unit

Entry & Living Room
This is a main-floor unit. Enter through the front door labeled “A” using the digital keypad. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, and a Smart TV, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day out.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare meals during your stay. For dining, there is a small table for two, along with two barstools at the countertop.

Bedrooms & Bathroom
Unit A has two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.

Laundry & Beach Access
The laundry room and exterior access are located just off the kitchen. Across the street, you'll find a walking path that leads directly to the beach.

Unit B — Upstairs Unit

Entry & Living Room
This upstairs unit is accessed via exterior wooden stairs. Enter through the front door labeled “B” using the digital keypad.
Inside, you'll find an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room features a sofa bed, a wicker armchair, and a Smart TV, providing a comfortable space to unwind.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table with four chairs provides seating for meals.

Bedrooms & Bathroom
Unit B has two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. The full bathroom, located between the two bedrooms, includes a stand-up shower.

Patio & Beach Access
The patio is accessible directly through the living room. Across the street, you'll find a walking path that leads directly to the beach.

Unit C — Upstairs Unit

Entry & Layout
This upstairs unit is accessed via exterior wooden stairs. Enter through the front door labeled “C” using the digital keypad.

Upon entry, you'll find a hallway connecting the different areas of the condo. The first door on the left leads to the primary bedroom, while the first door on the right leads to a second bedroom with two full beds. The laundry room is located at the next door on the right, with the second full bathroom directly across from it.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom is furnished with two full beds. Across from the laundry room, the second full bathroom also features a shower/tub combination.

Kitchen, Dining & Living Room
At the end of the hallway, you'll find the open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential items, while the living room includes a sofa bed, two chairs, and a Smart TV. The dining table seats four guests.
