'House is gorgeous! Right across from the beach! Awesome hangout space under the house. That's where we spent most of our time. There were 6 adults, celebrating the college graduation of our daughter. We will bring an air mattress next time. The bunk room sleeps 4 but its not accommodating for couples. The location made it easy to visit both on and off island and the management company was the perfect level of involved answering questions in a timely manor without feeling overwhelming. 'This property is exactly as it is listed online. Clean, well stocked, fantastic views, and a very easy walk to the beach (even for a group of 50-something’s). While it isn’t technically on the beach you may as well be. The views from the top veranda are amazing. Since it rained while we were there, we appreciated the second floor covered porch. 'What a beautiful home and property! I loved the large family room and cozy bedrooms. The layout of everything suited our family well. The kitchen is small but very functional. The bathroom is tiny and was a challenge at times with five different people needing it. But it was nothing we couldn’t work through, and we would 100% stay here again. 'My family and I are longtime Tybee vacationers. We like to jump around and spread the love to all the local rental companies. 18th street is one of our favorite places to stay. It’s close to the beach entrance and quick to get back on Bulter Ave. Bridgette was awesome. I usually have some crazy request and she answered me every time. We will be back for sure. '

'Wonderful communication, beautiful home, great place for a large family getaway!'

'Location was great. This is a great property for multiple families to gather. We had 4 generations for Thanksgiving. Having 3 separate but connected houses allows for gathering everyone together for meals and visiting but gives space for taking a break when needed. I recommend renting a golf cart to explore the area around there or run to the beach just a few blocks from there. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Would rent again.'

'Great location. This house has plenty of room for our two families. The kids really enjoyed the pool. I really enjoyed the front porch in the afternoons. We experienced two minor issues, but Southern Belle (host) was very quick to respond and take care of both. We were happy with our stay and would stay here again. '
