Mooi 3 slaapkamers 3 badkamers oceaan stadshuis op Tybee's North Beach, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand walkover.

De eerste verdieping heeft een grote kamer met achterdek, volledig ingerichte keuken die uitkomt op eetkamer en grote kamer. Het toestel heeft kabel en high-speed wifi. De ene slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping kijkt uit op de veranda en heeft een kingsize bed en bijgevoegde ligbad.

De tweede verdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers meer slaapkamers; een slaapkamer aan de voorzijde met 2 aparte bedden en een complete badkamer en een slaapkamer met 2 queensize bedden. De master heeft ook een inloopkast, een kleedruimte met 2 wastafels, een aparte ruimte met een inloopdouche en een toilet. Er is ook een wasruimte met wasmachine en droger.

De veranda die uitkijkt over de oceaan, het noordstrand en de historische Tybee-vuurtoren en Fort Screven. Grote schepen passeren vlak bij het stadshuis! Je kunt binnen enkele minuten in het oceaanwater zijn. Geweldig strand met 2 badmeesterstations. Er is een buitendouche voor na een dag op het strand. De beroemde North Beach Grill serveert geweldige lunch en diners ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van de unit en het strand. Ze hebben live muziek donderdag-zondag. Er is ook een concessiestand.

In de buurt kunt u de Tybee Lighthouse en het Museum bezoeken, u kunt fietsen, golfkarretjes, paddleboards huren. U kunt dolfijnentours nemen, tour Fort Pulaski National Monument. Het is slechts 25 minuten rijden naar Historic Savannah. Zo veel te doen! Dit is een geweldig huis om naar het strand te komen en te ontspannen!

Great location. Walkable to beach. Restaurants and coffee shop in walking distance. Very clean. Beach chairs and wagon included, however beach chairs have seen better days but still nice to have if don't have other chairs.

Great place to stay while on Tybee. The location can’t get any better and the house itself was awesome! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Tybee! Dan was great and very hospitable to myself and my family. Already sad to not be there anymore and we only left a few hours ago!

Kitchen facilities were good and bedrooms. The TV in living room needs updated along with the rug. The bedroom on the main floor leaks when it rains.The porches need maintenance and the outside needs tlc. Several wasp nest noted up next to roof.

There was an issue with our unit. We were placed in another. There was confusion with that. We ended up unloading our things and getting settled. We looked in the fridge and there was lots of food. I called Dan and was asking him about it as it didnt feel right. Ended up he had said the unit with the blue door closest to tnd beach. This is the unit we were in. It was not the correct unit. We then had to haul everything down stairs, over 3 doors and back up the stairs. He did end up sending someone over to help but we were pretty much moved our things. It was pretty aggravating after driving 11 hours. Dan ended up being very nice and we did enjoy our stay. The place was better than the one we booked.

This was the perfect house for my bachelorette trip! The house was beautiful and conveniently located to the beach and Savannah if you wanted to travel into the city. Perfect Stay!

Perfect sized house for a group of 8 women! This is the perfect location! Dan was so kind and took time to personally meet us when we arrived and gave us a tour. Due to our large group, he even brought over his personal beach chairs so we would have enough. Would highly recommend this house for anyone, friend groups, family, etc. We all had an absolute blast and I was so excited to show my friends what a gem Tybee Island is.

Friends getaway

We decided to try something different for our annual sprinter (spring winter) get away.We were just looking for a relaxing comfortable warm place before going on to historic Savannah. Little pink beach house.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was so close to the beach and the house was so nice. Had a small leak in the ceiling a few days in and Dan had it fixed super quick!! Great place ! Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

My wife and I brought our three children to Tybee for our family vacation. The last time we were on Tybee Island was in 2013 so they had few memories of previous vacations on Tybee. We had a relaxing time, enjoyed our location, and would definitely come back. The house was clean and suited our family perfectly with separate rooms for the children and bathrooms for everyone.

Great house. Awesome location. Wonderful owner

We had the pleasure of renting this property recently. Dan was awesome. He stopped by on our second or theird day just to be sure we had everything we needed and we're enjoying our stay. He even invited us to see some turtles. The location to the beach was perfect. Right next to the access for North Beach. We had an amazing unobstructed view of the light house every night. Live music from the North Beach bar and grill. Views of sunrise AND sunset. What else could you possibly need? Nothing. It's all there. Will return and rent from this owner again.

Return from Deployment

Our son was returning from deployment, so instead of staying in Hinesville, we decided to stay in Tybee as it is a family favorite. The house was literally steps from the beach, across the parking lot from North Beach Grill and Fort Screven. We walked to family who lived around the corner and participated in the Beach Bum parade for the first time, which we will absolutely do again. The only star lost is for the listing, which shows 3 twin beds and a double in one of the bedrooms. There are only 2 twin beds and the double.

The house is in perfect location. Close to the North Beach - literally across the street. Owner met us at house and gave us tour of the place. Mishap with housekeeper and we were short paper products- I texted and they were dropped off immediately. I would recommend.

Great location

The location was great. I loved that it had 3 bathrooms since I had 3 teenage boys with me. The beds were comfortable and it was clean when we arrived. There were. Few disappointments though. I am used to staying some place that has a starter pack for kitchen like dish soap and dishwasher packs. Also, small box of laundry detergent. This did not. Wasn’t a huge deal but since I didn’t know I needed up spending $15 on the supplies for a three night stay. When the agreement said to start the dishwasher and a load of towels I assumed there would be supplies for that. But not a huge loss. Also, I wanted to bake cookies and there were no baking pans. A lot of the cookware was worn and some rust. If this is a VRBO thing then next time I can prepare. Also, the beach supplies were all rotted and not safe. But the location and the cleanliness of the house made up for some of the other and the owners replied quickly to questions. We would book again knowing how to better prepare now.

I would recommend that place 100% The place was immaculate & the owner really really nice. It has plenty of dishes/linens/beach stuff… And the location is very quiet & so close to the beach. LOVED IT!!
