The main living area is also on the first floor and includes a beautiful open kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating, along with a spacious dining area that has a great table for ten. The fully equipped kitchen includes a built-in beverage center that guests will enjoy. Nearby, there's a lounge area with plenty of natural light. Large, comfortable seating and other amenities make this an excellent spot to relax.

There is a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area, a huge flat-screen TV, built-in cabinetry, and plush seating. The main floor has the primary bedroom, which offers seclusion with a king-size bed and an adjoining bathroom. You'll also find the laundry room and a powder room for guests on this floor.

There is a fantastic additional living room with a pool table and TV for visitors to enjoy on the second floor. This spacious living area features plush sofas, a huge wall-mounted TV, and an additional sleeping sofa for guests. An in-room kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and sink is provided for guests' convenience, making it easy to prepare late-night munchies during billiards tournaments.

You'll find three comfortable bedrooms near the bonus room on the upper level. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
