Sandys North Shore ligt aan het noordelijke uiteinde van Tybee Island in de buurt van Lighthouse en biedt een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de dekken en de beschutte veranda's en vanuit de grote slaapkamer. De gasten zullen genieten van de meer dan 1000 m² aan buitenruimte! Geniet van uitzicht op het water en uitzicht op de vuurtoren, die vooral charmant is wanneer u 's nachts verlicht bent!

De eerste verdieping van het huis omvat de woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken, complete badkamer, koningin slaapkamer met een eigen balkon, wasplaats, 2 dekken en een gemeubileerd afgeschermde veranda. Er is eetgelegenheid voor 6, 4 aan de tafel en 2 krukken aan de ontbijttafel. De tweede verdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers met een queensize bed en een complete badkamer in de hal, een groot gemeubileerd balkon aan de slaapkamer met een uitstekend uitzicht op het water. Dit is een heel schattig en comfortabel huis - lekker van binnen en van buiten. Veel palmbomen, gemeubileerde patio en zelfs een hangmat in de tuin! Er is ook een gasgrill voor cookouts!

Gelegen in een rustige wijk in North Beach, dicht bij de historische Tybee Lighthouse, Tybee Museum, restaurant dineren in The North Beach Grill, en de Tybee Dog Parks. Toegang tot het strand ligt op ongeveer 300 yards / 2 blokken van het huis. Extra toegang tot het strand op het noorden strand parkeerplaats op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen van het huis. WIFI internet beschikbaar. Twee (2) Twin opklapbedden bevinden zich bij het huis voor flexibele bedden opties.

Huisdiervriendelijk voor 1 kleine hond tot 20 kg voor een extra vergoeding. De werf is volledig omheind. Parkeren voor maximaal 5 auto's (3 in de garage, 2 in rijden).

Meer ruimte nodig voor uw aankomende vakantie? Overweeg dan ook om Beach Bound te huren, een naburig huis met 3 slaapkamers voor maximaal 8 personen. In combinatie met Beach Bound zouden dat in totaal 6 slaapkamers zijn, geschikt voor maximaal 17 gasten.

Keeping as a fav!

This property was adorable. It felt very beachy and the quiet historical neighborhood it is in is priceless. There was plenty of room and beds for my family of 6 and our two small dogs. I'm grateful to people who allow dogs! The fencing is great but not secure enough to let the dogs go out ahead of you so plan to go out with them. A few other minor maintenance issues were evident but overall it was great and we would definitely stay again!

Great Location and Sweet Property

The house was precious and laid out well. And it is close to the beach. I love the location of the laundry room. ☺️ I wish it had updated televisions with apps so we could have watched our favorite shows. But the cable/satellite had a lot of variety to choose from. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Bright and happy place in a great location!

This rental house is full of sunlight, great decorative touches that make you smile and remind you that you are at the beach. Our family likes to cook and the kitchen was roomy and very well stocked with everything we needed. This is the BEST vrbo home we have ever rented! And we have been happy with all the others.

great time, property could use a bit of TLC

The property was very clean, quiet neighborhood and close enough to shops and stores. A little TLC will go a long way, shower head needs to be replaced and some touch up paint here and there. Beds could be updated as well one box spring was very noisy and one mattress needs to be replaced.

Property Management Left some things to be desired

First of all let me start with the great things about this property. The location is fantastic and the house was prefect for family and for our dogs. The kitchen was great, and well equipped. It's a good house if you have family and you want to be within walking distance of the beach and light house. Now the negatives. We were given the wrong address for check-in and showed up to a private condo with a very unfriendly resident who didn't appreciate me pulling into his driveway. You could imagine my panic when I drove 4 hours with 2 car loads of family and dogs and in that moment thought I had been duped! I called the property management and was promptly helped and given the correct address-great that they were on call, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place. The house was in good shape, but the grass on the property was in need of cutting. The bed in the top bedroom with the lovely patio needs to be replaced, badly. The frame would squeak every time you moved or rolled over. I left behind some cake pans and a hand mixer, unfortunately. Once I got home and realized this I followed their procedure to put in a ticket for an item that was left behind. We left the property July 31, and I have heard nothing since. A simple, "we cannot return your item" would be a little better than crickets. So the house was great and location was great, but the property management was so-so. Certainly not the worst, but could use some improvement with the details.

Awesome home for a family!

We spent a long weekend here. The property management team was stellar. We had an issue with the A/C not cooling off as well as we would have liked the first night and the team was incredibly responsive and sent a tech over that night to ensure all was well. We stayed with our kids (everyone was two to a room) and had a very comfortable stay. We were within walking distance of a main beach entrance at North Beach and the rental was dog-friendly! Overall, they were GREAT.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely decorated and especially loved the view from the top balcony. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also enjoyed the screened in porch. Would liked to have had a larger tv in living room and bedrooms

Quick family trip

I stayed here with my husband and 3 kids for a weekend trip before school starts. The beach was nearby which was nice but the instructions for beach access were confusing/inaccurate. The house was perfect for what we needed. The area was quiet which was also nice. The shower head fell in my son’s head while he was showering, which apparently scared him and gave him a little bump. I’d say the place could use a little updating on some items but overall what we expected and maybe a little nicer. We enjoyed staying on the north end near the lighthouse. Sufficient parking. We only had one vehicle but had enough space for 4-5.
