De meubels in de kamer waren niet onze smaak, wij vonden ze eigenlijk afschuwelijk. Prachtige ruime badkamer met bad, dubbele wastafel en aparte ruime inloopdouche. Op de laatste dag kregen we handdoeken met vlekken en bovendien waren ze vochtig. Al met al laat dit verblijf een dubbel gevoel achter. Gezien de prijs zullen we hier niet weer boeken.'

Reception staff were lovely and friendly, engaged in conversation asking about our day. Wished me a Happy Birthday and our room was ready early, so was able to check in a good couple of hours earlier. Room was nice and spacious, clean and we could monitor the air con. Our overall stay was amazing and would definately reccomend. We didnt go in tbe restaurant/bar or stayed...

'The hotel is beautifully renovated, stylish and modern. All staff were so friendly and customer focused. Location right on the river and quayside short walk into city centre. The terrace for drinks was probably the area where we were expecting a little more but it was still fantastic. Drinks a little pricey but it was a special occasion so we didn't mind so much.'

'This was a basic room and cheap but was comfortable and clean. You could not ask for anymore for the price paid.
Did not physically meet the owner but she was available via text for anything required - which we did not need.
Room had TV and fridge and their was a kitchen downstairs for our use.'

'We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town.
Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...
