'We love this property for a quick getaway. Rooms are beautiful. We always stay Club Level and the wonderful Shima - who has been there for 30 years (!) - never fails to make our time in the Club Lounge impeccable. All the Club staff are great, but it is Shima who makes us come back with her next-level service. We enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub and the spa is lovely as well. Will return time and time again. '

'When I went to check in nothing was explained. As someone who has worked at a hotel before, the staff should tell you the time of checkout, the parking situation, and the hotels amenities. When I asked I was met with attitude. Our TVs weren’t working either with Netflix or Disney+. There was no Internet connection. Overall it was an unpleasant stay. '

'Both the queen mattress and the sofa bed mattress were terrible. The queen bed sagged badly in the middle with no support. The sofa bed was completely destroyed sunken, lumpy, and unusable. My son and I both woke up with bad back pain every morning and could hardly sleep. This level of discomfort is unacceptable for the price we paid. The poor mattresses ruined our family stay in Washington.'

'Old property,Firstday it was smelling chemical and smoking smell. morning and evening staff was great. On 3rd day one of the evning staff didnot respond great. i reported issues with toilet and sink issue didnot fix it. i was really dissapointed '

'I had a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke, especially the bathroom. Expedia claims there is a gym, but there is no gym. Staff was nice but facilities were very depressing. There was no cups, plate, or silverware in the extended stay unit. A sign said you had to ask for whatever cutlery you needed at the front desk. That made me worried about how bad theft must have been at the hotel. '

'A very relaxing stay with great hospitality and many places to rest and relax. Four out of Five stars for cleanliness was only due to the stairs not being vacuumed. I guess not many people take the stairs anymore!'
