'The staff is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately I was awoken this morning by the fire alarm and made to evacuate (in my pajamas with no shoes on) only to have it be a false alarm. At least we know they take safety seriously. Other than that, it was great.'

'Perfect location to visit Raleigh/Durham. Very nice hotel, great value!'

'over all comfort for the price, but they dont take immediate actions when complained about something'

'High quality place. '

'Super convenient for dawn flight, 5 mins to terminal 2. Staff somewhat disorganized. Never received a room keycard because the coding machine was down for the entire evening. Room was clean but shower had hair in it. Breakfast area looked interesting but we left early before it was open.'

'Had a great stay here. Staff were superb & very helpful. Room was huge, fully equipped & very clean. Air con worked as it should. Breakfast was good & enough to get you going for the day ahead. Only thing that let it down for us were the pool & gym that could go with more regular cleaning & upkeep. Apart from that we had a fantastic stay.'

'The Rizzo is fabulous! The staff is amazing and so helpful! The rooms are so nice! Definitely our go to property in Chapel Hill!'

'Good (and I think) Best hotel near Raleigh! Just near the freeway - but overall ni noise.'
