'We stayed for 4 days enjoying the kind and thoughtful hospitality provided by Brendan Hamid and Hamada. The recently restored bungalow was fully equipped, very comfortable and had lovely touches like a library of recent books on Penang history its buildings and gardens, flora and fauna. We stayed in a large room on the ground floor which was spotless. The views from the balcony of Georgetown and Butterworth were wonderful. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Penang Hill...

'At the point I came in, property is indore need of repair. The inner main door handle is broken and requires effort to open from inside especially in view that the door is partially broken. The bathroom also need major overhauling. Sorry I can't honestly give better rating under the present conditions and service.'

'We stayed in The Millen for 3 days, everything was excellent, the suite, the breakfast but specifically the service'

'Geweldige resort. Lief en vriendelijk personeel. Geweldig ontbijt!!!'

'Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star'

'Perfect hotel . Aanrader.'

'Bed was comfy! Location is very convenient as there are bus stops, restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance. 1 thing tho we finished our glass bottle of water in the room but it was not refilled the next day. Probably need to request for it to be refilled. '

'Mooie grote kamer, zeer proper, mooi uitzicht! Vriendelijk personeel, goed beveiligd.

'The hotel was clean and functional and it was good for my trip to Penang. I was surprised that the Jazz bar in the 29th floor was closed and was looking forward to some jazz nights. Too bad other than that it was good.'
