'The staff were helpful at all times. There was no communication problem in English. We left our luggages after checking-out and came back for it. The location is very close to a mall and there are lots of good place to eat nearby. The bus loop going to Ichikawa Zoo is in front of the mall.'

'I loved the location. It’s far from the city but not too far. It was a great location if you came from Narita airport because theirs a direct train that’s quick. 3-5 minute walk to the station. I did fight the washer/dryer. I was there for quite a while for it to take my coins. Staff did respond quickly so I did feel better. By the time someone came by the machine finally took my money. I enjoyed my stay and convenience store was around the corner!'

'I loved the location. Friendly neighborhood with a 24 hr grocery across the street. 2 7elevens, Lawson’s, Family Mart, Domino’s KFC within 5 minutes. There’s also Indian food, ramen, wings etc down the block. Kasai station is only a 5 min walk! All beds including sofa and pull down were comfortable. There was a Mini kitchen but we only used the refrigerator and microwave. There’s also a stove top. The area felt safe that I felt comfortable with my 2 teens exploring on their own. Laundry was...

'Very nice appartement. Lots of space. Good small kitchen. Clean. We did miss curtains a lot. No elevator. But we stayed at the 4th floor and the stairs are not very high.we had no problem at all'
