🌊 Blue Cottage is your coastal escape, just a 3-minute walk to Racecourse Beach and close to Mollymook and Rennies. Perfect for couples, families, or larger groups, the main house sleeps up to 8 (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), with an optional detached granny flat (queen bed, sofa bed, ensuite) for up to 11 guests. Enjoy ocean glimpses, fast Wi-Fi, multiple living areas, and a spacious verandah with BBQ — ideal for relaxing coastal getaways.

If you have 6 guests or fewer, you can add the granny flat for an additional nightly rate + $50 cleaning fee.

Guests enjoy full private access to the property, including all indoor living spaces, the verandah, BBQ area, backyard, laundry, and carport. No shared spaces — the entire home is yours for the stay.

📝 Other things to note
Blue Cottage is ideal for small families, extended families, couples, or groups of friends. Pets are welcome on request. Linen, towels, and basic pantry items are provided, along with a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning products.

Please respect our neighbours with no parties or loud gatherings, if socializing in the backyard BBQ area, we ask that noise stops from 10PM onwards.
