With 3 bedrooms, two with Queen beds both with study desks the 3rd bedroom with a tri bunk bed, all featuring built-in wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms and an additional seperate toilet in the laundry.

The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, with a comfortable lounge featuring a TV and a dining table for 8, and a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher. A second sunny lounge with TV provides another space to relax, while the downstairs garage has been converted into a rumpus room with a pool table, lounge, TV, and a single bunk bed, perfect for games and family fun.
