It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with upscale modern appliances, a cosy living area where guests can relax with a movie, and an alfresco dining area for an exquisite outdoor eating experience. Fancy a barbecue? The property is equipped with a BBQ grill ideal for those warm, sun-soaked afternoons.



The bedroom configuration comprises three rooms. The master suite is the epitome of comfort, featuring a queen bed and a ceiling fan for those hot summer days. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The third bedroom is located downstairs and features 1 double bed and a tri bunk (single over double)

Please note: there is no internal access between upstairs and downstairs, inside this property. Downstairs would not be suitable for younger children who need supervision etc.



Rileys Retreat is perfectly positioned near Mollymook’s stunning beach, which offers a delightful playground for kids and cafes. Although the property doesn’t provide linen and towels, stress not, as Rileys Retreat possesses a washer and dryer, ironing board, and a clothesline for convenience.
