'Beautiful stay in very well presented rooms. Everything you needed for your stay. Bed extremely comfortable, room lovely and clean. Fantastic choice for breakfast where you are able to pick from a varied menu and what time you wanted in the morning. Sam and Wade extremely friendly and very welcoming. Will definitely be back. '

'Nice sized room. Matt was such a friendly host. Made my wife and I a great breakfast. Very convenient location to the Keswick market. Only a 5 minute walk. 20 minute drive to Grasmere village. We would definitely stay here again. '

'Very clean and tidy with a fantastic sea view which gave my kids additional pleasure. Breakfast was super 👏👏👏 and my kids were given due attention. Parking was limited but I was able to park on site without issue. I will recommend you won't regret it. '

'It was refreshing to stay somewhere with such individuality rather than the usual chain hotels. Beautifully furnished throughout, with fabulous attention to detail, so much to look at. Breakfast was excellent, a good range of continental and cooked choices, with local ingredients.
