'House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...

'The whole process was so easy, the owner was very efficient and kind, the house was very clean, the location was very quiet and peaceful, the house was stocked the best that I have ever seen with absolutely everything you would need for a vacation stay or overnight night stay. 'Extremely clean little property right downtown. We walked everywhere…perfect location! The property is very small but worked great for the two of us! My only complaint would be the AC has a really hard time cooling the apartment and it might benefit with a ceiling fan in the bedroom. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Mt. Dora that is clean and convenient to everything, this is it!'

'This home is beautiful and was perfect for our family stay in the villages. It is closely located to an adult pool and family pool and a short golf cart ride to Sawgrass. The home had everything we needed and comfortable in every way! Having morning coffee on the lanai with the water view was a perfect start to each day! The nearby walking trails were an added bonus! Would stay again without hesitation!'
