'The lack of a lift to the second floor made it difficult to carry cases up to the room. The water from the shower ended up on most of the bathroom floor. The quality of the sound from the TV was poor. It would be helpful to have a rear entrance to the hotel from the car park. We could not get the air conditioner to heat the room. The central location was very good.'

'Uitstekend hotel, maar zonder lift en slechte/geen WiFi in onze kamer. Kamer ziet er erg goed uit. Alle kamer liggen op de eerste etage dus een lift is geen overbodige luxe (lijkt wel dat ze er mee bezig zijn). WiFi in lobby werkt goed. Manager sprak matig Engels, en kon ons niet verder helpen. Hij heeft het wel geprobeerd (WiFi).'

'Receptionist was appalling blase, interested only in getting payment before even greeting me. The place needs a lot of work, separate toilet, separate shower room with blockout curtain as shower curtain. Slippery tiled floor. Nowhere to hang clothes in room. Sheets were short sheeted due to either poor detail or lack of sheets. The train line is about 30m from the building, so multiple train horn blasts during the evening/morning. (No warning) In my opinion ONLY, just give it a big miss.'
