'The property was in a beautiful location! It was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a weekend getaway with family or friends. Even though the property was off the beaten path, there was a lot to do within 15-30 min drive. The host made great suggestions of what to see in the area! I would definitely stay at this property again. Maybe during the summer months to enjoy the lake a bit more, but I have no complaints!'

'Great place for our wedding party weekend. Scott was super accommodating and was an excellent host. Would recommend especially if you plan a small wedding. Just one note the entertainment room is not heated but this did not deter us and was fine even in January.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The backyard is awesome, it's big, has a nice firepit and games for the kids/teenagers (basketball, soccer, and 2 playsets for young ones). 'We had the BEST experience!! Leah was extremely helpful!! It has great amenities if ur looking to stay and enjoy each others company without having to entertain anybody. There’s a great playroom with tons of toys for the babies and toddlers , loads of activities for teens and adults and a great pool to swim or just sunbathe!!! Would definitely consider going again!! The only issue we had were the mattress es, it’s not so comfortable….'

'We had the best time at this house. It was beautiful. Walter was the best. He came right away on any request we had. I highly recommend staying here. I think our family wants to make an annual thing. We had over 40 people stay and everyone slept comfortably. Our ages range from 2 to 74. Everyone had the best time.'

'This estate provided a wonderful experience for our annual Family Reunion (four generations). The lodging was spacious, comfortable, and flowing. The back deck, off the main house, was the popular gathering spot. And the oversized kitchen and great-room in the entertainment house was fantastic for our dinners and post dinner gatherings. Lastly, the property manager (Walter) was great to engage with; very friendly, available, and responsive.'

We took the advice of the guide and visited Chet’s Place for dinner and visited the nearby lake. Both were great. Eenvoudig maar schoon en compleet.
"Een eenvoudig hotel, gedateerd ook. Maar de prijs is navenant, dus dat kun je verwachten. Het was goed schoon. De bedden waren goed. Parkeerplek genoeg. Er was een magnetron, koffiezetapparaat en koelkast op de kamer. Een extra tafeltje met twee stoelen ook. Wij waren eerlijk gezegd aangenaam verrast gezien de lage prijs. In de omgeving verschillende restaurants. Wij zijn naar een bbq restaurant geweest ongeveer 2 km verderop waar we echt uitstekend gegeten hebben. Er is ook een supermarkt aan de overkant van de straat. "
