'The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

'The rooms are large. Everything was very clean. The breakfast has fresh fruit and a variety of baked goods. Very interesting place. We would come back. '

'It was difficult to get into the room with two tricky combination locks. You can't watch any TV unless you know your streaming service passwords, no free TV. The coffee machine was plugged in but we couldn't figure out how to work it (no instructions available to read). The mattress was excellent and we slept well. Some might not like the train horns, but we didn't mind.'

'I get to the hotel and no one is at the desk. They left a note to call Michele. She states the hotel was understaffed. She gave me my room code by phone. Later the rep at the desk showed up and gave me my key card to the room. The room was smelling like cigarettes. I wouldn’t pick this hotel again.'

'This is actually a beautiful building. The rooms of especially the bathrooms that they are advertising with Jacuzzi tubs are extremely overdue for renovation. There is paint and tile chipping all over the place in the bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The sheets had those are yellow stains on them if you know what I’m talking about it looks good from the outside. It’s a different world on the inside.'

'This is a lovely home and it was a peaceful and restful stay. The Proprietor was a lovely gentleman, and his coffee and breakfast was outstanding.'

'Telephone, desk lamp and chair were filthy; items were cleaned the next day. Also, stuffed chair and ottoman were stained. Only one was cloth and hand towel in the bathroom; this was also corrected the next day. I was disappointed by the room but was very satisfied by the response to my complaints by the staff.'

'Bob the inn keeper was kind welcoming and helpful. The property was immaculate and a great space. A 5 minute drive to downtown. Highly recommend!'

'Not a bad motel if you can get a room at a decent price. Room was fairly spacious and clean. Bathroom is a bit small but the room makes up for it. I particularly liked that housekeeping respected your privacy sign if you didn't want or need them for anything. Front desk was very friendly and easy to check in/out. They serve breakfast each morning. On the downside, the noise level echoes tremendously whether it's doors closing, people walking, or people playing loud music. Reminder, this is...
