'Beautiful old convent reinvented to a unique hotel with so much character. We walked 5 mins into the little town to grab a bite to eat and a cocktail. We only stayed one night but it was lovely and very clean.'

'The balcony is really nice.
The toilet door doesn’t shut.
Make my room light go off as I pull the card out, so room cleaning was not done.
Despite telling the staff and at the reception verbally, the making the room was not done for 2 days during my stay.'

'Cooking amenities lacking. Only 2 frying pans and 1 very small pot. One pan you could not use . It was so scratched that it was unsafe to cook in. Teatowel had holes in it. Fridge had last guests food still in it. Had to buy pegs to hang laundry. Washing machine on button was broken, thankfully they had another machine next to it. Rubbish bins were full. We were staying 5 nights with a family of 3 adults children so had to put rubbish in recycling bins. Lawns were very overgrown. Covers on...

'Really great location, loved that. Excellent to have secure off street parking. Nice complimentary snack basket. The beds were comfortable.
However, please note that the economy studio has one tiny high window, but is essentially a windowless block bunker under the back of the building. There is no natural ventilation, light or outlook.
It was ok for us as on this trip we just needed a bed at night, however we would have been very disappointed if wanted to spend any time there.

M Social Hotel Auckland

10/10 Voortreffelijk
I recently stayed at the msocial hotel in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room itself was modern and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and the coffee was...
