'Clean and calm'

'Be careful with your belongings. Someone entered my room and stole my tablet and none of the staff were helpful in helping me find it. I even showed them in their CCTV footage. Their staff entering my room. Yet no was ready to take any responsibility'

'The room was clean and the staff were good and helpful. However, the check-in process involved too many formalities, which I felt were unnecessary and unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Additionally, there was renovation work going on during my stay, which caused quite a bit of disturbance. It would have been better if this had been mentioned in advance.'

'For my visit to DLF Phase 2 this was ideally located. The staff were courteous and rooms were good. Overall, I would definitely stay here again'
