'This hotel thinks of everything. Our room lights, TV, and heat was on when we got to our room. The staff offered us tooth brushes, tooth paste, etc because they new our bags got lost and we had nothing but the clothes we were wearing. The rooms are delightful. The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. Will definitely stay here again. '

'The staff was amazing. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable. We came unfortunately during a snow storm for my husband’s birthday . The downside was we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop Saturday night, even though we were advised it was gonna open. Maybe we’ll stay again to try it out. All in all it was a relaxing stay. Clean and inviting hotel stay. Oh the ladies at breakfast were amazing as well.'

'Clean. Smelled so fantastic, so fresh and clean. Rooms are industrial- I enjoyed the vibe for sure. And the bar was fantastic, had some yummy choices to pick from- food and drinks. Will 100% stay again. Also, staff was so friendly and genuine. Had a wonderful time. '

'The front desk staff was amazing. It's nice to get world class customer service these days. We were snowed in, so we didn't get to enjoy the uptown, however it was nice and cozy indoors. The common area in the lobby was fun.'
