'The hotel was clean and looked amazing. Apart from the first employee we talked to, he was great, the others were awful. Waited ages for a drink until another employee walked by. No “how was your stay” or “thanks for staying” or nothing when we checked out. Just a rude “printed receipt or email.” Was highly disappointed considering the price'

'There were live bugs crawling around public hair and toenail clippings under the bed. blood on the bed food everywhere’s “read my google review. “To much to retype and go through. End of the day I swore at belittled called names told to get the f out and leave the property. Finally got a refund after 3 days of being ignored by them. Good luck if you decide to stay. Smelled like drugs as well.'

'I have nothing positive to say. Paying over $150 per night for a room should ensure the basics of a safe, clean environment and friendly staff. The smoke detector was sitting on the counter, the trash wasn’t emptied, the tub drain was broken and knob sitting on the tub ledge, not all outlets worked, it wasn’t communicated there was no housekeeping for my 2-night stay. This was all after I requested to be moved from the first assigned room due to an overpowering unidentifiable smell. '

'The lobby is nice, but the rooms are outdated. The bathtub was dirty. The dresser in the room handle was broken. It looked like a cheap motel room. The pool had a ring of dirt around it. It doesn’t meet Hilton standard in my opinion. I was just at another Hilton Garden last week and it was pristine.'
