'Amazing hotel and excellent staff! Given it was our first time visiting Paris we had lots questions and needed advice on where to eat, shop and explore! The staff would take as long as needed to help. All spoke English and would go above and beyond to ensure our questions were answered. Calls were answered immediately and housekeeping would get us anything we needed within minutes!!! This is way above 5 star service and can’t wait to come back and stay here again!!!'

'Location was superb. Close to a lot of the sightseeing attractions.
Breakfast was super.

Room not so great, there was a constant buzzing
In our room (17) which even our earplugs couldn’t filter out. Showerhead was broken and made a lot of noise, dirty stains in the shower / broken shower ceiling. At one point the roof even came down in our bathroom but this was fixed in the end.
All in all ok experience, maybe just a bit of bad luck with our room. '

'Staying at this hotel was one of the best decisions I made for my Paris trip. The location couldn’t have been better. It is right next to the metro, and I could walk to almost everything I wanted to see. There were so many amazing restaurants just steps away. The staff truly made my stay special; they were warm, helpful, and always accommodating. The room and bed were amazing. The only small hiccup was during a busy weekend breakfast when the service was a bit slower, but I completely understood...

Zij leggen graag uit waar je overal naartoe kan en hebben zelfs tijdens de stakingen van de metro nuttige tips en reistijden doorgegeven. Echt een aanrader. "Vriendelijk personeel. Hotel staat in mooie omgeving. Hotel ziet er ook mooi uit. Vele leuke terrasjes in de buurt. Dicht bij treinstation. Aan te raden bij een bezoek aan Parijs. "

"Geweldige accommodatie midden in Parijs. We hadden een appartement voor vier personen, groot voor Parijse begrippen en met een aparte slaapkamer. De slaapbank had twee delen dus onze kinderen hoefden geen matras te delen ;). Voor het ontbijt moesten we even geduld hebben, want alles was op, maar toen het eten was aangevuld was het echt lekker en ruim voldoende. De medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij waren er twee nachten en konden door de centrale ligging in één dag alle hoogtepunten bezoeken. Top dus!"
"dit is geen 5 sterren waard, ontbijt is zo beperkt, slechte service, 30 min wachten op een koffie, dan nog eens 15 min op meld. personeel loopt constant op hun gsm bezig hun socials te doen ipv op de klanten te letten. 42 euro voor een koffie, croissant en sneetje hesp is kaas is er echt over. als je dit aanklaagt krijg je als antwoord ; " we zullen he doorgeven". men heeft nog niet eens het professionalisme om u te woord te staan."
"The hotel was located close to the Notre Dame, the Louvre and other sightseeings. It had bakeries nearby, even a good gluten free bakery (Copains.paris, less than 1km away and Noglu (2,5km away).
We stayed in a studio with a small kitchen, which was perfect for our breakfasts (gluten free).
Outside was noisy (we were at the streetside), but earplugs help a lot.
We would go back to the hotel, just for the location alone and recommend it. "
