'The room was dirty, and very loud, bed hard as a rock. The room didn't tv or fridge or desk and didn't look like on the photos. Shower is horrible, spraying the water up, impossible to use. Worst accomodation we have had in 1.5 month in india. Also, after leaving we noticed something that looks like bed bugs bites on the skin.'

"In het algemeen een prima hotel. Wel erg duur voor wat je krijgt. Het eten in het restaurant is ook goed maar ook dat is erg duur. De kamer was mooi maar kon echt wel wat schoner, helaas een algeheel probleem in India. "
"Ontzettend mooi hotel, waar het personeel ook heel vriendelijk is. Gedurende het Holi Phagwa feest hebben zij voor alle gasten een heel mooi evenement opgezet. Verder is het heel veilig om daar te verblijven, kan het iedereen aanraden."

Upon check-in, I discovered that the hotel had given away my reserved room to someone else, likely because they can sell it against a higher price. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
As a guest, I expect my reservation to be honored, especially when it was confirmed well in advance. The staff showed no genuine concern or effort to resolve the situation, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated.
This incident reflects poorly on the hotel’s management and integrity. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value reliable and respectful service. Avoid this place at all costs.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I regret to say it was far below expectations. The property is in poor condition, with outdated facilities and a general lack of maintenance. The rooms had a musty smell, making the stay unpleasant.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the assumption that there would be a gym, but to my surprise, there wasn’t one available. For the price charged, I expected much better amenities and services. In fact, European Ibis hotels are significantly cheaper and in far better condition compared to this property.
Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for value or comfort.
