'The staff are so attentive. Clean, beautiful building. Not sure I’d want to stay anywhere else.'

'The address was to the Crowne Plaza, whose staff checked us in and sent us around to the Holiday Inn behind. The room key didn't activate the elevator, so we needed to get a new room key at the Holiday Inn front desk. This was frustrating and confusing. Once we got in the room, we were surprised that the room smelled of faint stale cigarette smoke. Those things aside, the room was efficiently laid out, the staff were energetic and happy to assist. 'Excellent hotel in prime location . The only downside, breakfast does not cater to Western taste.management tried their best. They also need to pay attention to the bakery section as the heat lamp dries out the pastry.'

'My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, situated right next to the train and long-distance bus stations. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I especially want to thank Ms. Liu Jina for her patience and assistance—she truly went above and beyond, making my stay great and memorable. Thank you very much!'

'My rooms was decent and staff are as helpful as they can be (little to no English. Colleagues staying there were not happy with their rooms - bad smells apparently.'

'I spent 2 nights here..One of the Reception staff (Tchai) does not speak english but very friendly. Most reception staff are young & use their personal phone messaging translator app to communicate english. Not a newly built hotel, room smaller than expected, but ok. Chinese Food restaurants are on many on the street, a mini-seat around park nearby. Nearest local subway station is Wenmiao station'

'This is more of a business hotel, meaning they cater to mainly men on business. There are two hotels with the same name a few metres apart so I went to the wrong one initially. Room was clean but the mattress has seem better days. On a busy night market street so may be a bit loud. They offer luggage storage but it is not secure (bags left in main hotel lobby).'
