'I really enjoyed my short stay at the hotel. The hotel is centrally located, so it was easy to walk to many of the city’s main attractions. The hotel staff were also friendly, efficient and very helpful. I honestly did not want to check out. I will make sure to stay there again if I am ever back in Trinidad. '

The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. '

'The swimming pool is still not finished after opening (5 years). Rooms are not international standard. Showers are great, WIFI as well. Management is very inflexible. if you arrive at 1 pm and the room is free you official should wait till 3 pm. Water is only given 1 time although you stay longer than 1 night. Mattresses getting old as there is in some rooms a hole. Only reason to stay is the airport as the shuttle is excellent compare to Holiday in Express. '

'Absolutely stunning! Peaceful and quiet. Very well stocked with facilities. Breakfast available, but bring your own food otherwise. If you get to the North Deck and didn't see it, you've just passed it. Look to the right of the North Deck and proceed to the furthest gate to the right. It's a steep climb by vehicle to access. Not for the faint of heart, but well worth it! Spanish is an asset with the onsite attendant, however, the owner speaks English and is only a call away.'

'The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. 'The hotel was great. We had a lovely room with very comfortable beds, a great gym and an amazing staff. Especially Melissa who welcomed us with a big smile every day at breakfast and Sherèda who left really nice notes, whishing us a great day, after cleaning our room. '
