'We had a wonderful stay on our Utah road-trip. Our host was welcoming and responsive. The house is very clean and well stocked. The pool was a nice way to cool off after a long day in the parks. Great location. If we return to the area we would definitely return! '

'We really enjoyed our stay! Lots of room so everyone had their own space. Property was very clean. Pool/hot tub area was excellent as we had hot weather during our stay. Not too crowded and pool was perfect temperature and very clean. Easy drive or walk into town. Great location to get anywhere around Moab very quickly. Property managers were very responsive to the few questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!'

'My family and I stayed there for a few days as we toured Arches. We were close to the park and on a cute, quiet street. The unit was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. My only wish is that there was laundry on site because we had needed it but it didn't end up being a big problem. I would highly recommend!'

'Fantastic home, well appointed kitchen, great yard and Hot Tub. Loved the ability to walk into town for dinner, or to the food trucks. Able to jump on Bike and explore Kane Creek and other biking trails. Great Mountain Biking 1 block away.'

'Property appeared clean, well kept, and properly stocked. High quality towels for showers were a welcome discovery. All rental systems worked as anticipated/expected. Location was great, and area views were outstanding. We have stayed in this complex before, and will do so again without hesitation.'

'This is an excellent property. Unit is thoughtfully put together and every well stocked. We had everything we needed to have a "home away from home" and more. The owner was excellent with communication, and the check in/out process was a breeze. The property is in the heart of town, so easy to walk anywhere. I would stay here again in the heartbeat. We primarily use VRBO properties when traveling and this is perhaps top 3 properties I've stayed at. A!!'

'This house was absolutely perfect. We got in late at night. Waking up and looking out at the sunshine on the mountain in the back was a real surprise Beautiful. The house was perfectly decorated to blend in with the land outside. 'Had 11 ladies stay here for our annual spring mountain bike trip to Moab, and we had a great stay in the condo! It was plenty spacious enough for our large group, and very comfortable. It was great to have a garage to store our bikes, and the pool and hot tub were just across the street which was convenient. Our only complaint was the shower heads were either too aggressive or barely trickling. The shower head in the master bathroom probably needs replacing. The blinds at the sliding back door...
