My partner is suffering from ptsd and was sounding like the people next door were inside our room so she was starteld quite a bit. We also had the misfortune that on the other side of our room there were guest who desided to take there dog on holiday and leave it in the hotelroom al day. The poor animal was crying non stop.'

'Great time with friends at Amara Cay Resort. We stayed in the one bedroom with 2 queen beds which was the perfect set up for us with a little kitchen and sitting area. The water taxi to the other resorts was an added bonus. '

The beds were super comfortable and the veiw from the pool and rooms was amazing. Everything was super clean and neat when we got there. 'Kamer was niet schoon. Slaapbank had nog gebruikte lakens vol met etensresten en haren. Bij melden bij receptie werd housekeeping langs gestuurd om het bed op te maken. Toen een man van houdrkeeping langs kwam gaf hij nieuwe lakens af en wilde het bed niet opmaken omdat dit niet zijn taak was. Dit hebben we zelf maar gedaan. Vergane glorie dit hotel, gezien de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding geen aanrader.'

Petit dej uniquement des trucs sous plastique pas bon du tout et personnel pas très agréable.
Personnel à la réception ok mais sans plus ce qui est très rare aux US.

"Bij de oprit van een brug word er meer gas gegeven en dat hebben we gehoord en gevoelt. Er waren wegwerkzaamheden maar ook aan het verblijf waardoor het voelde alsof we in een niet compleet hotel zaten. De mensen zijn wel super vriendelijk. En ondanks de middag incheck. Konden we toch al eerder in de kamer. De dame achter de receptie heeft ons van handige tips en info voorzien waar we goed gebruik van hebben gemaakt. De fotos komen niet meer overeen van wat er daadwerkelijk is. Dus dat vond ik een beetje misleidend. Toch nog bij het zwembad gelegen. Maar ik wilde er niet in zwemmen."
"Geweldige lokatie. Vlakbij de hoofdweg en toch ver genoeg om er geen last van te hebben. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn comfortabel en schoon en het zwembad is heerlijk om van de zon te genieten of in te poedelen. Kortom de moeite waard om vaker te komen. Met name ook vanwege de lage prijs. De meerderheid in de Florida Keys is veel duurder."
