'This is a little old strip of cottages in what’s probably literally the best location in the area. The people are very nice and helpful and the energy is great here. Everything you could need is in walking distance. Multiple restaurants, Walgreens, Publix, even a mechanic. The dock is quiet with tons of aquatic hobby stuff and my dog was welcome here. 'This was the perfect property for our group. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, from Marathon to Key West, and the house had more than enough kitchen stuff to cook up the fish we caught, make breakfast, and enjoy some cocktails. The balconies with fans were delightful, and the air conditioning was strong! We loved that there were extra towels for the beach or other excursions, and the washer/dryer were used much more than we thought they would be! Overall, highly recommended...

'This was my family’s third stay at this house, and it was great once again. The house and beach/dock are beautiful and functional.Jay, the manager, doesn’t hover, which is nice, and he is always timely and responsive. He has always informed us in advance if someone will be on the property to do a task. We appreciate that. The weather was lovely and the shark fishing at night was great. Lots of snapper and other fish, too. And a manatee came right up to the dock. The vacation went way too fast....

"La chambre pour 4 est peu spacieuse, SDB idem: il faut pas être épais. Il manquait de chaise pour mettre ses affaires et d’espace pour les valises. Les stores étaient un peu poussiéreux et difficile à fermer. On voit dans votre chambre si vous fermez pas ( vue côté rue pas vue Marina). Le réfrigérateur et machine à café sont bienvenus, ainsi que le ventilateur (on a eu du mal à en comprendre le fonctionnement). Bonne literie. Pliage des serviettes sympa, merci! Gros complexe hôtelier mais peu d’espace comme pour l’espace pour le petit dej. Petit dej uniquement des trucs sous plastique pas bon du tout et personnel pas très agréable. Personnel à la réception ok mais sans plus ce qui est très rare aux US. Chouette piscine."
