'The property is beautiful and well maintained. This is at least my fourth time staying here. The front desk people are always fabulous. I often am on the road and check in after 1 am. Last night we checked in two rooms after midnight. A maid knocked on my door at 10:15 countinuously and I had the sign to not come in. Check out was at 11. Came back later at 11:20 with a supervisor. The maid said it was her mistake for 10:15. Well she knocked on the other room for my movers in my party and...

'Staff was amazing and very helpful! Wish I had realized sooner that, in order to get your room serviced, you had to put the maid service request out. I haven't stayed in a motel for several years. And it used to be that they knocked and cleaned your room unless you had a Do Not Disturb sign. And the maid sign was used for more immediate service. I took my own trash out on a couple occasions until a couple ladies told me.Oh, you have to put your maid service sign out if you want your room...
