'We were there for the solar eclipse and had a spectacular trip. Despite the recent tornado, the community was so friendly and welcoming. #strongerthanthestorm The host, Phil, was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The sunsets on the lake were breathtaking.'

'It is a wonderful thing to stay in a VROB that truly feels like home. The attention to detail matters and this place delivers in all the ways that make your stay comfortable and special. 'Amazing hotel: feels brand new. Nice porch with rocking chairs in front of the hotel where you can sit with your drinks. Very laidback. Room was very clean and again felt very new. Parking was very easy. Reception staff was all right, but felt a bit distant (at several occasions). '

'The house had a lot of work done to it and they did a great job to clean it up and make it very comfortable! Even though I knew it going into our stay, I wish there was a Second Bathroom. We were able to make it work but the good thing I will say is the hot water for showering was never an issue. The other thing I will say is be careful with how many people stay. There might have been an innocent mistake in the number of beds, but there were not 4 queen beds as described. there were 3 with a set...

'WE RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY HIGHLY. Beautiful house, very clean, property was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The kitchen was awesome we saved so much by cooking our own meals. The back deck was so comfortable and it was so nice to use the grill to BBQ while viewing the eclipse. It was so relaxing after a long day of sight seeing to watch tv in the living room. The beds were so comfortable. The washer and dryer were large and it was so great to have them. The only down side was there...

'The house accommodated us very well. However we were so busy with Championship that we basically just slept there and were unable to enjoy the amenities. It was well situated to the Fairgrounds and restaurants. The home needs upgrading, the carpet is very old and stained, the bedrooms need a chair and night stand. It was quiet and the yard was very nice. The home needs pest control. We would come back for another visit.'
