'The house accommodated us very well. However we were so busy with Championship that we basically just slept there and were unable to enjoy the amenities. It was well situated to the Fairgrounds and restaurants. The home needs upgrading, the carpet is very old and stained, the bedrooms need a chair and night stand. It was quiet and the yard was very nice. The home needs pest control. We would come back for another visit.'

'The house had a lot of work done to it and they did a great job to clean it up and make it very comfortable! Even though I knew it going into our stay, I wish there was a Second Bathroom. We were able to make it work but the good thing I will say is the hot water for showering was never an issue. The other thing I will say is be careful with how many people stay. We bikes along the canal, watched a baseball game happening beside the bike path. There are a great variety of restaurants also within walking distance. 'We loved the minimalist modern design of the interior and the fireplace to add the coziness factor. It was March so not very warm weather but views of lake were still spectacular. We could imagine tying up the boat to the dock and having the kids fish and swim right off the back deck. Will be back with the kids during the warmer months.'
