'Property advertises on site restaurant and bar. There is no restaurant. The bar is laughable. The checking clerk doubles as the bartender, they have zero knowledge of drinks, they have zero ability to make mixed drinks, including a simply coke with a mixer. They had a handful of lukewarm beer. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand english which made it difficult to inquire about anything. I asked for toilet paper and kleenex and was given a bath towel. Had a do not disturb...

'We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl'

'We had trouble getting in to our room as the batteries in the lock were bad, then the same with our remote for the tv. Kids in the hot tub were loud and kept it busy for a good bit of our stay. The staff was was very polite, alwas greeting you at evert chance. The breakfast wasn't all that great but still filling and clean. '

'The rooms were spotless. The entire apt had so many cool amenities that felt like we were in a castle. Our bedroom had one of those beds that lifts and vibrates…what an awesome extra!! You have to go see the library…huge, gorgeous, with books and games and puzzles and LOTS of books. All in all, awesome stay. We will stay again!!'

'I had a vip access, but what is it. It was still the same as the other hotels. Breakfast was not so good, orange juice was like water! '

'The room was amazing. The staff was so kind and helpful checking in and out. My only complaint is that the pool was very cold and dirty. We stayed for the room though not for the pool access. I would definitely stay again for that room. '
